Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Marketing Manager to lead the growth of our products through effective marketing strategies. This role will focus on driving product awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of strategic marketing initiatives

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement go-to-market strategies for product launches, ensuring alignment with business objectives, target audience needs, and the competitive landscape.
    Lead the creation, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across multiple digital and traditional channels (email, social media, SEM, TV, Radio, OOH, etc.) to promote products and drive growth.
    Create and execute effective marketing strategies for the launch of new mobile apps, focusing on building awareness, driving app downloads, and optimizing user acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall customer lifecycle management.
    Partner with product, sales, and development teams to create and implement marketing plans that communicate key product features, value propositions, and drive user engagement.
    Define and refine product positioning and messaging to clearly differentiate offerings in the market and resonate with target customers.
    Design and manage marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, increase product adoption, and improve retention across all customer segments.
    Oversee the creation of high-quality content for marketing campaigns, including ad creatives, videos, blogs, articles, landing pages, and more.
    Conduct ongoing market research to understand customer trends, competitive strategies, and industry shifts. Use insights to inform product marketing and brand strategy.
    Gather and analyze customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct interactions to refine product messaging and improve user acquisition strategies.
    Manage marketing budgets across various initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
    Develop innovative strategies, such as referral programs, influencer partnerships, and strategic collaborations, to expand product reach and drive user engagement.
    Analyze campaign results and key performance metrics to assess effectiveness and optimize marketing strategies for sustained growth.
 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
    4+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years focused on mobile app marketing.
    Proven experience in brand strategy development and execution.
    Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
    Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools to measure campaign performance.
    Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders
