Credissimo is a leading European FinTech Group, founded in 2007, using innovative proprietary technology to deliver instant online consumer loans across multiple markets. Automation and customer experience are at the core of what we do - we were one of the first consumer lenders in the world to launch a lending chatbot. We're looking for someone to design, build and connect the platforms that power our CX operations.
Your Mission:
- Configure, maintain and optimize our CX platforms - chatbots, ticketing
- (Zendesk) and IVR / PBX telephony systems.
- Design and implement automation scenarios that connect our PBX, ticketing and
- CRM systems into smooth, end-to-end workflows.
- Build and manage integrations between our internal systems, CRMs and Bloomreach, keeping data flowing correctly across all channels.
- Design how our chatbots look, behave and communicate with our CRM and internal systems.
- Create automations and tools that make daily work easier for our agents and managers.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards for clear visibility into performance.
- Test our applications and systems, find issues and ensure everything works reliably before and after deployment.
- Communicate with our platform vendors (Zendesk and others) via email and video calls - reviewing our subscription plans, understanding what each plan includes, monitoring our usage against plan limits, and finding the right solutions when we approach them.
- Document configurations, processes and automated scenarios.
What are we looking for:
- Hands-on experience configuring and integrating CX / contact-center platforms(Zendesk, IVR / PBX, chatbot tools).
- Experience connecting systems through integrations and APIs — comfort with API logic, webhooks and data mapping (heavy coding not required).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and engagement platforms such as Bloomreach, or willingness to learn.
- A strong automation mindset — you see repetitive manual work and think "this should be a workflow."
- Analytical skills for building reports and dashboards.
- A structured, detail-oriented and testing-focused approach.
- Good command of English, with confident written and verbal communication for working directly with external platform vendors.
- A plus: basic scripting, SQL, or experience in a fintech / regulated environment
