Flutter Developer

Our IT Department is rapidly growing, we’re looking for a passionate and skilled Flutter Developer who’s ready to take on exciting challenges in cross-platform mobile development. You’ll work on feature-rich apps, collaborate with a team that values clean code and efficient processes, and help shape high-quality products from development to release. Your mission:

• Collaborate with fellow developers to deliver high-quality, maintainable Flutter applications;
• Contribute to the development and support of scalable mobile products across Android and iOS;
• Integrate and maintain secure, reliable APIs and Firebase services to support app functionality;
• Troubleshoot, test, and optimize mobile performance while ensuring smooth user experiences;
• Continuously improve the codebase through clean architecture, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.

Needed skills:

• Strong experience with Dart and Flutter and comfortable at working with Flutter flavors;
• Understands event-driven state management using Provider;
• Proficient in integrating RESTful APIs and OAuth2 authentication (Laravel backends preferred);
• Experience with Firebase services: Cloud Messaging, Analytics, Crashlytics, and Remote Config;
• Familiar with tools such as Dio, Postman, and Flutter CLI/Firebase CLI;
• Comfortable with flavor configurations, build_runner, and localization using flutter_gen_l10n;
• Knowledge of native Android (Gradle) and iOS (Xcode, CocoaPods) setup and release processes;
• Experience with unit, widget, and integration testing (using mockito or mocktail);
• Familiar with CI/CD tools like GitLab CI, Codemagic, or Bitrise;
• Comfortable using Android Studio, Git, and working in Linux-based environments;
• Good team player with a proactive attitude and focus on clean, maintainable code.
