Product Marketing Manager (mobile app)

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager (mobile app) to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our mobile application. This role will be responsible for analyzing user behavior, optimizing acquisition strategies, and ensuring seamless engagement across the app. The ideal candidate has expertise in mobile analytics, user retention strategies, and data-driven decision-making within the fintech or banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

 

User Acquisition & Growth

  • Track and optimize Install Rate and Uninstall Rate to enhance user growth.
  • Measure Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) across paid and organic channels to ensure efficient marketing spend.
  • Differentiate and assess Organic vs. Paid User growth to refine acquisition strategies.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to improve campaign targeting and efficiency
  • User Engagement & Retention Analytics
  • Monitor Daily Active Users (DAU) and Monthly Active Users (MAU) to assess app engagement.
  • Analyze Session Length and Session Interval to optimize app features and UX.
  • Improve Retention Rate and reduce Churn Rate through personalized user experiences and targeted engagement campaigns.
  • Enhance User Stickiness (DAU/MAU ratio) by identifying key behaviors that drive long-term app usage.

Customer Behavior & Lending-Specific Insights

  • Analyze how users engage with loan application processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with product teams to optimize user flows related to loan applications, approvals, and interactions.
  • Identify behavioral trends that impact loan conversion rates (e.g., application abandonment, repeat visits, and decision-making patterns).

 

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Develop dashboards and reports to track user engagement and growth metrics.
  • Utilize Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Adjust, or similar analytics tools to gain insights.
  • Conduct A/B testing on app features and marketing campaigns to improve conversion and engagement.
  • Provide actionable insights to product, marketing, and leadership teams for continuous app improvements.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in fintech, banking, or lending services.
  • Experience in customer segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with conversion funnel optimization and app onboarding improvements.;
  • Understanding of financial regulations and compliance for mobile banking apps.
